Vasectomy Reversal
Vasovasotomy (reversal surgery) is for men who wish to conceive after vasectomy, reversal surgery may restore fertility. In this procedure, the severed ends of the vas deferens (cut during vasectomy) are reconnected to reestablish the flow of sperm.
Laparoscopic Surgery
Laparoscopy can reveal scar tissue or abnormal growths on the outer surfaces of your reproductive organs. Your doctor views the organs through a small lighted telescope (laparoscope) inserted through a tiny incision near the navel.
Urologic Oncology
Cancer is a disease characterized by the uncontrolled growth and potential spread of abnormal cells. When cells grow abnormally and become a mass, it is called a tumor. Some tumors are benign (not malignant). Others are malignant (cancerous). A malignant tumor invades and destroys the surrounding tissue. Sometimes cancer grows and spreads rapidly. In other cases, it develops and spreads slowly.
Pediatric Urology
Pediatric urology is the diagnosis and treatment of congenital (i.e., present at birth) and acquired urological conditions and diseases in children. Pediatric urologists treat conditions of the male reproductive tract (i.e., undescended testicle) and the male and female urinary tract. |
